Our Rv Roof Refurbishing And 1 coat Waterproofing Process:
1. air clean the entire roof.
2. peel away old lose sealants around seams where needed as needed
3. re-seal all seams around all sky lights, vent's, ventilation pipe's, antennas
4. reseal front and rear seams
5. patch and seal leaks with 2 coats elastomeric & a fiberglass membrane between each coat
6. coat entire roof with rhino seal waterproofing RV roof coating applied by roller

New Upgraded High Performance RV Roof Seam Sealant 
applied over all seams before waterproof coating is applied to insure all roof leaks are sealed, this 10 year sealant is a elastomeric product  mead for E.D.P.M. & T.P.O  rubber and vinyl roofs, now being used VS the previous black rubberized sealant shown in some project photos,  this white sealant is used on all seams during our refurbishing and waterproofing projects

  • all vent lids
  • vent pipes
